It's a privacy matter, say I was bord, so I decide to take all your pics, then I make another Facebook pretending to be you, I could ruin your reputation, maybe even you life if I wanted to. It's really easy to take other people photos and use them for your own random purposes, I've done it before several time out of bordem but I just didn't for fun, other may have more devious intentions
