Go to There Wall Than on the Box Where you Go to Post On Someone Elses Timeline on the Top you will See Photos Click on That From There you Should Be Able to Add a Photo onto the Wall Post that your Going to Post

Open your friend's profile
There will be an option 'Share photo'
Click that
And you will be able to post it on his/her wall

It's very simple. 1st you go to that person's timeline whom you want to post a photo, then there you will see a kind of place where you write you status. Then you will see options of photos ,then click the photos , then you will see a place with + sign. Click to that +sign then select the photo you want to post, then click post, then its done.
