The photos/posts of the person you blocked will not show AT ALL.
If someone else posts a photo and tags them in it, you will be able to see the photo, but you won't see that they are tagged in it. If they comment or like the photo, their comments/likes will NOT be visible to you.
As far as you see it will be like they are not on facebook.

Nope None of the Block Persons Posts Will Show Up you Wont Be Able to See That person at all on Facebook Once you Block That Person

No, nothing will show, once they are blocked, they can't see or comment on posts, photo's etc., It likes they don't exist.
