so click on the "forgot password" link and facebook will send you a link to your email that lets you change it
they wont tell you what "your" old password was tho

Click Forgot Password Put in your Email Address and Facebook Will Send a Password Reset link to your Email Click on the Link Inside The Email Than Put in a New Password and you Can Get Back onto your Account
