no you can't you have freedom of speech, BUT keep in mind posting treats to someone on facebook is a different story.

Yes you can. I would recommend not to. Schools have gotten better about monitoring social media sites to watch for cyber bullying. If someone saw that it could come back to you. If you have a complaint about a teacher try to do it so it doesn't sound really mean. Just critical.

At my school, I believe you can. You can be suspended for posting rude things about a teacher while using their name on any social networking site. Taking pictures of a teacher during class is also illegal.

Bad: My teach named (First) (Last) is such a pain in the ass, always giving us too much homework
To be honest you better not run your mouth behind his/her back, or you're going to regret it when you get caught in some unusually lame way
