When you are on facebook and it shows you who is online, I know that the cell phone means that they are logged onto facebook via their cell phone. However, when it has the picture of the cell phone and then next to the cell phone, says "14 min" does that mean they have been using fb on their phone for 14 minutes or they have been idle for 14 minutes? Thanks!

It means they have been logged in since 14 mins.Could be idle or using doesnt matter.
