Its kinda like tagging some1 but it not I can't really explain it properly please help

Tag them. To tag someone, make sure they are on your friends list. If they are, simply type in their name and they will pop up, select them. Once you post the status, their name should be a bluish color.

You could put it in your news feed or in your profile!

Write a status update and post it to your wall. Everyone will see it if your on their feed...
