If I were to post something on the wall of a (closed) group that I am a member of, will other people on my friends list be able to see my post?
If so, is there any way I can post it without my facebook friends seeing?

if the group is closed, then only your friends who are also part of that group will be able to see it in their news feed

the people in the group can only see it if the are your firends on facebook, if not then they wont
