Go to Account Settings...Somewhere in there it will say "Block List"...You can choose "Unblock"

Go to 'Account settings' then go to 'Blocking' which should be down the left hand side of the page. Once you have clicked on 'Blocking', your list of blocked facebok user will appear with the word 'unblock' next to the names in blue, just click unblock and there you go
