this guy has a picture of me as his profile pic and its really embarassin i reported it but how long will it take for facebook to review it

a couple of days - but if the picture doesnt break any rules, they wont do anything about it
they arent going to delete it just because you dont like it

Possibly a few days if at all. If the photo doesn't violate facebook's rules, then they won't require it to be removed. This is why you must be so careful about photos posted anywhere online.
