Oh god... you really don't get it do you.
Because she "likes" your photos, it does not mean in anyway, she "likes" or "fancies" you.
It can mean that, but that does not mean it does.

girls do that ignore her , find someone else maybe , if shes not interested in her its her lost , dont dwell over it , theres lots of girls who would answer
