Every 2 or 3 sometimes 4 hours I take a break because I have to work. But other than that I am on it more then 3 hours a day. Then go to bed.
It's hard when I dont really have a lot of friends to hang around with, so I go on facebook.
I wish there was a healthier hobby that I could be proud of and better on my eye sight.

Facebook IS addicting. You can be a stalker without actually being a stalker. Its great, right?! But its a lazy and un healthy hobby. Try and make some plans, take a walk, go to the gym. Anything that will get your mind off fb.

Same. I'm on Facebook all the time even on it now. When I wake up, I check my Facebook and in the day, night etc...even on holiday. It's,like a drug. I love it,,,
