She's not interested in responding to your message I know I have girl friends that see a guy's message read it and they don't even respond. Because they know the guy is after one thing and they aren't interested. Some people just can't take a hint and they persist. Those are the ones that end up getting blocked which I think is hilarious. Why can't people just go out and meet people instead of trying to hook up on Facebook? It's ridiculous what society has become with social networking.
