No installations, no false set ups on facebook pages such as "like this page and comment the color you want"
Yeah like it can MAGICALLY CHANGE. Right.

If you use Chrome browser ,there is a safe add on that lets you change the colour .

if you use firefox, its a bit harder as you have to use greasemonkey codes . I don't think there is anything available for internet explorer
Even if you change your colour, its only seen by you and not by any of your friends
