want yo know that can i post anything in my own mother tongue on my own wall and it shows to anyone in their own mother tongue who ever sees it ? is this type of app in search ?

There is no App on Facebook that Translates Language Facebook has a Built in Language Translator Which When it Detects Text in a Another Language it Will Ask you if you Want to Translate it to a Another Language
