Just follow a load of random people and they usually follow back, then you can just delete them after

Follow eggs, since they're new they'll usually follow right back. Put in your bio that you follow back, and stick to it. Never delete any one. And if you are following someone who isn't following you back ask them to follow back. Follow people who do shout outs, they may not follow you back because they're rally popular, but they will shout out to you and others will follow you.

For more twitter followers you can keep following someone you see and they will follow you back. Do that if you are followed also. And you can use this site for more followers.
