I wanted to sign up on Facebook,but because Facebook leaves cookies on your computer I haven't signed up yet.However,if I use Incognito mode on Google Chrome,will that delete Facebook cookies after I'm logged off Facebook?

Yes it will. Incognito mode automatically deletes everything when you close your browser.
When you run incognito mode in first 2 lines it says "Pages you view in this window won't appear in your browser history or search history, and they won't leave other traces, like cookies, on your computer after you close all open incognito windows"
So it will delete you facebook cookies but not after you logout from facebook but after you close all the incognito windows.
