I made a Facebook account, but it says I'm not eligible. I know kids 3 years younger than me who have facebooks! I tried to refresh the page and try over, but it kept the same message. What now?

That looks quite strange. Did you put all correct information? I mean nothing provocative? ))
If you are a regular person and do not have anything what can be compromising for you, you should be able to use YouTube. Try to create one more time. Use other registration data, for example.
