if u mange it will be very good for getting touch with family friends and other people .. but if get addicted to it like games and other you waste your time

depends the use of it,useful if you keep in touch with friends or family that you can't see in the reality,or use it as laisure.after work or study. it's wast time when facebook distract you from study,work or daily activities
