Person has not read the message... and now i might get in trouble for it... can i delete before the person PLEASE HELP?!?!

I've done that before and deleted it. If you're using a computer then you right click on the message/near it then click delete

Bad News- Once it has been sent then it can not be cancelled :/ You could try to say that somebody used your account to send the message which could be a way of getting out of the problem.
Advice: Blame a younger sibling.

there is no way to prevent them from reading a private message

click messages, then click actions, then click delete messages if the person already saw just say ur account has been hack by a bully in ur school

Sorry, but once you have sent the message the person will receive it.
