You need to download and install yahoo messenger.just go below follow the prompts.
http://messenger.yahoo.com/
After that sign in with your Yahoo email address and password.
Then: Click contacts top line scroll down click add contact, click, follow the prompts. or click add contact lower left and follow prompts.
To chat: double click on your friend's icon when it is lit. When the chat window opens start chatting or click actions top line then scroll and click what you wish to do.
