sure, but it's not the best way to communicate with just one person, because once that person comments on it, then all of their friends can see it too
try sending them a private message instead

Excuse me for asking but if you only want the information to be seen by one person what the hell are you using Facebook for? Just send that person all the things you want them to know/see.
