Me and my friend made a page called http://www.facebook.com/AnAboveAveragePage and we post funny pictures but can't seem to lift off any advice???

Show as many friends as possible, ask them if they don't mind showing a friend or two asking them to show more friends. Just wait a while, your page wont get popular instantly.

Likes would come slowly, you have to put posts regularly , also your post should look unique!
And keep contact with other pages, so that you can increase likes for your page..
