I changed internet providers and when I try to sign in it says it doesn't recognize the device I was using. it gave me two options, enter birthday or send a text to my phone. The problem is that I forgot the year I put for my birthday and the phone number I put was old and doesn't work anymore. What can I do to sign in?

you forgot the year you were born?
oh... you mean you lied about your age... if you lie you often run into problems like this - you are just going to have to remember your year of birth, or give up on the account
