is there a way to take photos out of one album and put in another.

yes, you can move photos, but it all depends on where the photos are right now

To move photos between albums you've created:
1. Go to the album the photo is in now
2. Click Edit at the top of the page
3. Hover over the photo you want to move and click the arrow in the top right corner
4. Select Move to other album and move the photo to an album you choose from the dropdown menu

Facebook displays a grid of photos you've been tagged in on your main photos page, whether the photos are on your account or not. If the photos aren't in your account, and you want to put them on your account and add them to an album, you can do so with ease. If the photo is in your account, it's already in an album by default. If it's on your account, you can move it to a different album if desired
