I don't follow them, they don't follow me. I just wanna get this message to someone, I don't mind if my followers see it. But will she? I just put the @(herusername) and sent the tweet, will she get see/get the message?

She should see a notification in the "@Connect" part of her account page and, if set up to get email notifications, will get an email
