So I have 2 facebook pages, but when I try and browse I do so under my profile. On other pages I see people commenting with names that suggest they are a page. So why can't I, or maybe they set up a profile with a page name instead of a regular one? Weird question, but I'm clueless!

You can comment if the page has Facebook Comment plugins. Otherwise you can't comment. Some Blogger hosting site have Facebook commenting system. There you can comment.

yes u can comment with ur facebook page profile
make u are using facebook as ur page and u have enable reply feture
