So for certain facebook friends, the sidebar shows them with a green dot, but as soon as I click on their name to start a chat box, it immediately shows them as being only on a mobile device (the green dot goes away). Does this mean I am put on their 'do not chat' list? It happens consistently with the same friends.

It may just be your fb screwing up, it has happen to me, did you ever try to send them a message? If so and they reply than its just saying that their using the moble device through message
