Go to "play with friends" near the top right. You will be able to send extra moves. Your friends will only appear though if they have been stuck on the level that they are on for over 3 days.
Btw if you want free charms and boosters, go to http://free-charms-and-boosters.tk/ and follow the instructions given there.
