There is this page on facebook that has a TON of likes and I know that those people would be the demographic that would like similar things that I'm offering. I was wondering if there is a way to send friend requests to these people without getting blocked?

not if you dont want facebook to block you for doing it - it's against the rules to add people you dont know in real life just because they fall into a demographic that you are trying to advertise to

Facebook monitors, all friend request activity to a T. Any major friend request that Facebook deems to be not "friendly" will result in a friend request block. Failure to follow this rule will result in blocking of friend request for good. Facebook is mean't for friends not people you do not know.
