I had three people blocked on Facebook. All three of them we unblocked and I didn't do it and nobody had access to my account. Is it possible Facebook glitched?

no, that never happens - you must have left yourself logged in somewhere, or someone grabbed your phone or something and unblocked them

I don't think it is possible for facebook to unblock anyone. Could be a glitch though.

No, it is not at all possible. It may happen because of two reasons. May be someone know your password or you forgot to logged out somewhere.
