Hi,
So when I go into my account settings, there is no follow section on the left, where I can enable them.
Do I have to have a certain amount of friends to enable my account for followers?
Do you have to have a facebook page first? I have a profile, not a facebook page, can I get followers for that?
What are the requirements for getting the follow button?

you have to be at least 18 to have the follow option, because of laws in the USA
and if you lie about your age, facebook will suspend your account
you have to obey the rules, or facebook will ban you
