Can people you put on your Facebook restricted list see comments that you have posted on your friend's wall posts even if they're not mutual friends with the person on the list?
(It said on my activity log that it's "allowed on your timeline" while saying that my comment is visible to my friend's friends so I'm kind of confused.)

just go to privacy setting and set who can see my stuff to friends

the restricted list only affects what you put on your timeline - they can still see other comments and things you put on other peoples' profiles

You get option in the settings who can see my posts.from there select the people you want to see the posts.
