There is an app called Spotify where you can link your Facebook and it will show the stuff you listen to. Or you could just post your music.

download TRACKID application on your android mobile and then you can like the music on facebook when your listening it. you will get the full details of track also.

Firstly as suggested, you can use spotify as suggested. apart from that, you can go for " tunewiki "

it shows you the lyrics and share the lyrics with the image related to album on fb aswell on twitter.
You can even find video song if available on youtube for the song you are playing currently and share it on your Facebook.

I will give you the best solution ever and it's really so awesome :
Link your facebook account with your MySpace.com account by going to Account settings > linked websites and choose >MySpace. If you didn't have MySpace account Create one and also you can link your facebook with your MySpace account from there as well. Then you can listen to tons of songs! via MySpace.com by search >music and type in the name of the song and the artist. whenever you play or listen to a song that will be posted immediatly to your facebook timeline "You listened to Track name by An Artist" and everyone can see that and can play it. Don't forget to let your facebook opened if you link your facebook with Myspace from account settings while you are listening.

Goto home> choose add photos/vedio and then browse that music file and upload.
