no, you cant be unblocked just by changing things on your own account
this assumes you understand the concept of being blocked in the first place
your additional details about your name and her name do not change anything
find a different way to contact her... once your are blocked on facebook, it is permanent, unless the person that blocked you changes her mind

No, the blocking probably goes by your user ID which you cannot change. Signing up for a new account would allow you to send another request to them.
