I try uploading a 45 second video to facebook and it takes forever to try and process but after a few hours it says it couldn't be processed. It's .avi and only 165mb

You may be experiencing low internet connection that is making your video take long inuploading. Give it a few minutes before trying to upload and observe if the network is back to normal.
