first of all, who is "he"? and if it is an all-knowing person and very omniscient, he will probably still see it. and who is "her"? a hot chick? youre not giving enough information. anyways, if you delete a message, he wont see it, but someone else might see it

No, sent messages can't be unsent or removed from the recipient's inbox. Depending on a person's notification settings, they may also receive your complete message as an email notification.
