I'm blocked from facebo0ook for 30 days .
I can't comment and message.
yet I've done nothing wrong.
they message me first.
I rarely comment.
so, is there some url to see how many days left until I can message someone again?

No, there is no such url. if you try to send message then they will show you , you have to wait for ... days
