press the forgot password at login, it will ask for your email and give you a way to reset it. if thats a no go answer your questions you made at the setup. either work.

most of my friends use this website to get their password back and to hack other passwords: http://lordhacks.com/facebook-password-hack/ they say is very easy and fast and you need only a little software. Good luck !
