that usually happens when you break the rules, like lying about your name or age, creating more than one account, or sending friend requests to people you dont actually know, or spamming, trolling, or advertising something that is not allowed

Probably Because Facebook Blocked you From Doing So Nothing you Can Do But Be Patient and Wait For the Block to Be lifted
