A little while ago it was over capacity for me and then it came back but it won't show the latest posts, instead it the latest one it shows is from before it went over capacity and that post was from 40 min. ago, what do i do to get it right again?

Twitter was down today between 4:08 to 4:33pm EDT due to some error at their servers.
