No. Facebook checks images as far as I know.

Yes but only if its from some unknown person or a random post from a friend. If your real friend posts pictures of some past event and u know it was him posting it, then there wont be any virus. Its pretty rare though.

it is possible , u must download avira antivirus software. it is light and detects all viruses.
