last time this happened to me, someone i know was trying to guess my facebook password so Somebody has probally been trying to hack into your facebook account or maybe someone reported somthing you said? either way facebook have locked your account the only thing you can do is just wait until the "hour limit" finishes and try again, if that doesnt work try phoneing them
