i made this facebook page 2 months ago and a few days ago ive been promoting it,and it saids i have a out standing balance of $21 bucks! whats that?? is this bad?
im gonna pay it but how did i get a out standing balance when i paused the ad!

you signed up to pay for advertising it... did you read the terms for the advertising... the more people click on it, the more you pay
