1.Cookies blocked?
2.Server down on your country?
3.Time out?
4.Website blocked?
1. Check your cookie isn't blocked, If you use chrome you can see a circle with a cross sign on it, click there and click on Allow cookies.
2. Go to http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ and type in facebook.com, hit enter
3. If your internet is slow websites can timeout so be patient.
