I have no idea how my account was hacked. im very safe with things like this. I never use my accounts on anyone else's device. i never share my password. but somehow someone has changed the password and email to my account. and now i know this for sure because the bio on my account is also changed. How could someone hack my account without even knowing my password?

They don't "know" it, unless your pw is so obvious any fairly close friend or family member could figure it out.
There are lots of hacker programs that will use logarithms to break your PW.
Contact the Helps Desk or Administrators and change it, or starta new one.
