when you or some asks you to link your websites together either two way (exchanging) or one way. It normally involves adding the other sites URL to your website and is done as part of an SEO work. If someone has asked you to do this then check their website out first as if linking to poor sites can affect your own sites ranking. Also,if it's one way in that they want you to link to them, then what's in it for you?

Manual Link Request is when you are asked to link 2 websites together.
