How do i log myself out of twitter on a different iphone? - Hema - 08-16-2013 05:07 PM

So basically, me and my boyfriend broke up and im still logged onto twitter on his phone. So I obviously don't want him still on my twitter. But I know he wont log out.
Is there anything I can do on my iphone to log myself out of his one?

Impossible. You need his iPhone to do it, you can't log out of twitter on his phone using yours. The best thing you can do is to delete your account and set up a new one

change your password so when he clicks on the app it will ask to login with the new password

There is no easy way to do this.

I would say you have two options, and don't necessarily guarantee complete success.

Both options require you to go to https://twitter.com/settings/account

1. Check the "Require a verification code when I sign-in", as your boyfriend is already signed in, I don't know if it will prompt him for this, but it's a possibility.

2. Probably your better option, would be down at the bottom "deactivate your account". This will NOT delete your account, all of your settings/data/etc., are stored for 30 days. So after deactivating your account, simply reactivate and hopefully this will cause your boyfriend to have to re login to your account (barring you changed your password, this should keep him out).

Good luck.

Twitter permits users to block one another, which prohibits all forms of communication between them. If you suspect someone has blocked you, test out your hypothesis to make sure. ...
