Facebook chat usually tells me when people were last active or if they are active now but now it just says on mobile and has been like this for a while. Why is this?

Im sure it means that they are on Facebook right now on their mobile and when there's a mobile icon and says 3mins or 1hr next to it, it means that they were on Facebook on there mobile 3 minutes ago
