You know how some Facebook pages do those elimination pictures where they have a bunch of different people in like a panel format, then they cross off their face once they get eliminated. How do they make those pictures?

It's pretty easy. They just copy and paste the photos into a collage, or save the photos and use some editing site to make the collage. Not that hard.
